At VONT, we carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or non-functional upon delivery, we are happy to assist.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements are offered only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or non-functional. Any issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted. Supporting photos or videos may be required for verification.

Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. In some cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect orders, or items reported outside the 48-hour window. Items damaged after delivery or showing signs of use are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
